This is the Velvet Undergound Scepter Session Acetate--found at a tag sale and purchased for 75 cents--now on auction at e-bay. Interesting to check out the bid history--from sincere collectors to investors, and a few fakes in between. Apparently, there are FLAC files out there already, so if anyone can point me to them I'd be much oblidged. Here's the entry about this on the WFMU blog.
